Abstract

Abstract Law was originally made to regulate and limit humans from things that harm each other, as the development of law later developed into human aids, regulatory regulations were made into pillars in an activity that is even very simple such as regulations regarding parking, but like the law in general there are still many errors and uncertainties experienced by society. The main problem in this study is how to protect consumers from the problem of vehicle loss and how also legal certainty obtained by consumers and legal solutions that must be passed by consumers. The type of research used in this study is legal observational research, namely by means of surveys, while it is descriptive, namely research that aims to provide a more precise and concrete picture. The results of this study show that there is a clear regulation of parking regulations that explains that there is no responsibility to bear losses, and vehicle security responsibility is a personal responsibility so that the duties and responsibilities of service providers are only in accordance with applicable regulations.
