Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how consumers' behavioral intentions in shopping online using the Instagram application (Case Study of Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau Islamic University) in Pekanbaru. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau Islamic University. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, which was based on the objectives and considerations of the 50 researchers. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the behavior of consumers who shop online with the Instagram application among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau Islamic University is positive. This positive meaning is that these students always and often shop online using the Instagram application.
