Abstract
Traditional markets are one of the economic drivers of Pekanbaru City, Senapelan District. There is a Traditional Market located in the central activity area of Pekanbaru City. The Kodim traditional market in Senpelan District has a variety of different characteristics. The traditional market in Senapelan District, Pekanbaru City also has a lack of facilities and infrastructure which influences the desire of consumers or the public to visit. This research aims to identify the condition and availability of facilities and infrastructure for the traditional market of the Kodim Senapelan District, Pekanbaru City. This research uses primary data in the form of field observations, interviews and distributing questionnaires. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method which is analyzed using a Likert scale. The results of this research show that based on the characteristics of the traditional market of the Kodim, Senapelan District, Pekanbaru City, through qualitative descriptive analysis of field observations and interviews, it is possible to characterize the traditional market of the Kodim and the research results identify the condition and availability of infrastructure for the traditional market of the Kodim, Senapelan District, Pekanbaru City through Likert scale analysis with The results of the statement are good for the condition and availability of Kodim traditional market infrastructure
