Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine occupational health and safety (K3) in improving employee performance. Research location at PT. Triomas Forestry Development Indonesia, which is located in the village of Penyengat, Kec. Apit River Kab. Siak, Riau Province. The population in this study are employees at PT. Triomas Forestry Development Indonesia with a total of 229 people. Using the slovin formula, the sample in the study was determined to be 70 people. Data analysis using simple linear regression. The results of testing the hypothesis explain that occupational health and safety (K3) has a significant influence on employee performance at PT Triomas Forestry Indonesia, Siak Regency. The determination test states that there is a fairly strong influence between occupational health and safety (K3) on improving employee performance at PT Triomas Forestry Indonesia, Siak Regency.
