Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (K3) AND JOB SATISFACTION ON THE WORK PRODUCTIVITY OF EMPLOYEES IN THE PROCESSING SECTION AT PT. KEBUNAN NUSANTARA V PKS SEI TAPUNG DISTRICT TANDUN ADE INDRAWAN NPM: 175210861 The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of occupational safety and health (K3) and job satisfaction on the work productivity of employees in the processing department at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V PKS Sei Tapung, Tandun District. The population in this study are all employees who work at this company. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely sampling based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher, where the sample for the processing section was 82 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used smarPLS (confirmatory factor analysis) 3.0. The results of this study indicate that occupational safety and health (K3) and job satisfaction partially and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the work productivity of employees in the processing department at PT. Nusantara Plantation V PKS Sei Tapung, Tandun District.
