Abstract

This study aims to test several hypotheses, among others, to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence on employee performance. To determine the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance. To determine the effect of spiritual intelligence on employee performance. To determine the effect of intellectual intelligence on job satisfaction. To determine the effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction. To determine the effect of spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. To determine the effect of employee performance on job satisfaction. In this research method using a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 138 employees of Suzuya Plaza Baganbatu. The data analysis technique in this study uses a structural model of the 2-way equation, the 1st path test is to test the effect indirectly by using job satisfaction as the intervening variable. Then, in testing path 2, it is tested directly using employee performance as a dependent. The results of this study are that there is an influence between intellectual intelligence on job satisfaction. There is an influence between emotional intelligence on job satisfaction. There is an influence between spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. There is an influence between intellectual intelligence on employee performance. There is an influence between emotional intelligence on employee performance. There is an influence between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. There is an influence between job satisfaction on employee performance. There is a simultaneous influence between intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and job satisfaction on employee performance.
