Abstract
THE EFFECT OF SERVICE QUALITY ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT AULIA KOPI PERANAPINDRAGIRI HULU DISTRICT By Melda Putri NPM : 175210715 This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Aulia Kopi Peranap, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Researchers use quantitative methods by way of a survey to obtain primary data. Data was collected by collecting questionnaires from 96 Aulia Kopi customers. Then the collected data are grouped according to category, and then analyzed in depth to draw research conclusions using a simple regression analysis tool. The results of this study found that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction of Aulia Kopi Peranap. This means that the quality of existing services is very good, which has been provided by Aulia Kopi Peranap through the dimensions of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, so as to satisfy customers who come to visit, namely customer satisfaction is influenced by other factors. (epsilon) location, price, product, and so on.
