Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of normative commitment and affective commitment on employee performance at the Social Service of Rokan Hilir Regency. The population in this study were all civil servants and non-civil servants who worked at this office. The sampling technique in this study used census sampling, namely the entire population to be used as research samples, amounting to 82 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that normative commitment and affective commitment partially and simultaneously affect employee performance at the Social Service of Rokan Hilir Regency.
