Abstract
ekanbaru City is the capital of Riau Province which is developing rapidly. Limited land in the city center has resulted in housing development moving towards the outskirts of Pekanbaru city. So the aim of this research is to identify the physical condition of housing and determine the factors that influence people's purchasing power and interest in fulfilling subsidized housing-based housing in Griya Padat Karya V Housing. The approach used in this research is deductive, in this research, a qualitative descriptive research design with an exploratory research type is used. To determine the sample, a census sampling technique was used where all existing housing units in the Griya Padat Karya V housing complex, namely 85 houses, were sampled. The data collection techniques used in this research were field observation and questionnaires. The results of this research show that the physical condition of the Griya Solid Karya V housing complex is good. Facilities available around the housing include church and monastery worship facilities. The public facilities around the housing complex include schools and pharmacies. The infrastructure available in housing is the availability of clean and clear water from drilled wells in each housing unit, there is environmental road access that meets standards, there is an electricity network for each housing unit, and a drainage network on both sides of the road is good. The factors that most influence people's interest in providing housing in the Griya Solid Karya V housing complex are ranked among the most influential, namely; Prices, Facilities, Locations, and Promotions.
