Abstract
This study aims to determine the Effect of Service Quality on Student Satisfaction of Al-Munawwarah Dormitory, Riau Islamic University. The problem in this study is how to describe the quality of services provided by the almunawwarah dormitory of Riau Islamic University and how the satisfaction of almunawwarah dormitory students of Riau Islamic University. This type of research is quantitative using descriptive methods. The technique taken from probability sampling is a simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents who were residents of the almunawwarah dormitory of Riau Islamic University. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The result of this study is that the quality of service has a significant effect on the satisfaction of al-munawwarah dormitory students of Riau Islamic University. It can be obtained by the t-test method. The result of calculating the coefficient of determination that the quality of service to customer satisfaction affects 70%.
