Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of occupational health and safety (K3) during the covid - 19 pandemic on employee performance at PT. Panca Indera Energi Pekanbaru . The types and sources of data used are primary and secondary. The population and the sample are all employees as many as 66 people. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews and research questionnaires. This research was carried out wit h a descriptive method. The conclusions in this study are the results of the study, namely the results of the overall respondents' responses regarding occupational health and safety factors at PT. Panca Indera Energi Pekanbaru were in good category. The re sults of the study are the results of the respondents' responses as a whole regarding the work stress factors of employees at PT. Pekanbaru's Five Senses of Energy were in good category. It is known that occupational health and safety have a significant ef fect on employee performance at Panca Indera Energi Pekanbaru .
