Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the level of physical condition of the Riau Aquatik swimming association athletes. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, namely research carried out to determine the value of independent variables, either one or more variables (independent) without making comparisons, or connecting one variable with another variable. The population and sample in this study were athletes from the Riau Aquatik swimming association, totaling 10 people. The research instruments used were physical condition tests for swimming athletes, namely the leg dynamometer test measuring leg muscle strength, the sit up test measuring abdominal muscle endurance, the push up test measuring arm and shoulder muscle endurance, the vertical jump test measuring jumping results, the muscle power test The arm measures the results of the forward throw and the flexibility test measures the level of flexibility. The data analysis technique used is calculating categories of physical condition values. Based on the results of the calculation of the average physical condition scores that have been carried out on students, it is known that the level of physical condition of the athletes at the Riau Aquatik swimming association is 3, which is classified in the Poor category
