Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Analysis of the Discussion of Village Regulations in Buatan II Village, Koto Gasib District, Siak Regency and find out the factors that hinder the implementation of the Analysis of the Discussion of Village Regulations in Buatan II Village, Koto Gasib District, Siak Regency. The research method used is qualitative. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use a descriptive approach. The results showed that the Village Consultative Forum is a legislative institution and a forum that functions to accommodate and channel the aspirations of the community. The Village Consultative Forum has the main function of formulating and establishing Village Regulations together with the village government (legislation) and accommodating and channeling aspirations from the community to the village government (representation).
