Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate corruption crimes committed by Acting. Head of Mentulik Village, Kec. Kampar Hilir Kiri Kab. Kampar, knows the judge's opinion in deciding the criminal act of corruption in village money and the village economy committed by the village head and examines the responsibility of the village head who committed the crime. The research conducted is normative research, namely research that uses laws and regulations as a basis for solving the problems raised. The data used is secondary data and the data collection method used in this research is library research. Data analysis used is qualitative data. The research conducted is normative research, namely research based on laws and regulations in solving the problems raised. Secondary data is used as material, and the data collection method in this work is library research. Qualitative data is used for data analysis. Based on the results of the investigation, it turned out that the criminal act of corruption in the village treasury and the village economy committed by the head of the duck village was carried out under the pretext of covering up the defendant's debts to other people which were paid from the Treasurer of Mentulik Village, Kec. Kampar Hilir Kiri Kab. Kampar. The judge's opinion regarding the settlement of the criminal act of corruption in the village treasury and village finances for the village head is in accordance with Article 3 of the Corruption Crime Act Number 31 of 1999, so that it is fulfilled and proven and the judge justifies it. However, the judge did not take into account the determination of state financial losses by the authorized body, namely the BPK/BPKP.
