Abstract

Bandrek and egg tea are typical Indonesian culinary drinks made from various spices and processed natural ingredients and are usually served warm or cold according to the consumer's wishes when ordering them. Bandrek and egg tea are also commonly used as culinary drinks to increase stamina in the body when tired. The egg beater machine was made to increase the production of beaten eggs, which requires more effort and time when doing manual whisking, and this machine has a fairly small design, namely 150 mm long, 140 mm wide and 315 mm high. The egg beater mechanism uses a slider crank mechanism to transmit rotation into a translational up and down motion, assisted by a pulley & belt transmission with a driving pulley diameter of 40 mm and a driven pulley diameter of 100 mm. This is used to obtain greater torque and not burden the motor. electricity is too big. The egg beater machine uses an AC electric motor as the prime mover with a power specification of 0.325 KW and a rotation of 2900 Rpm. The production capacity produced within 1 hour using 2 shakers at once for 2 glasses is 39 glasses, and the cost of consuming electricity used in 1 process is IDR 6.
