Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of financial and non-financial compensation on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 01 Kuantan Hilir. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling technique. The sample in this research werw 31 first aid and honorary teachers at SMA Negeri 01 Kuantan Hilir. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative SEM PLS using the SmartPls 4.0 tool. The research results prove financial and non-financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of first aid and honorary teachers at SMA Negeri 01 Kuantan Hilir. With an influencing contribution of 77,3%. Financial Compensation is proven to have a higher influence in improving the performance of first aid an honorary teachers at SMA Negeri 01 Kuantan Hilir.
