Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT Edco Persada Energi in Batang Peranap District Indragiri Hulu Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study were all employees at PT Edco Persada Energi, and sample in this study amounted to 63 people using the proportional sampling method. The data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis used is a structural equation model with SmartPLS. The results of this research found that (1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Edco Persada Energi in Batang Peranap District. (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Edco Persada Energi in Batang Peranap District. (3) leadership and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Edco Persada Energi in Batang Peranap District Indargiri Hulu Regency
