Abstract
Aims to determine occupational safety and health on the productivity of the production section at PT Wita Pekanbaru. The population in this study was 35 employees. Sampling used a purposive sampling method so that 32 employees were sampled. The results of this research show that occupational safety and health have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of the production department at PT Wita Pekanbaru, meaning that the better the safety (x1) and occupational health (x2), the employee productivity (y) will also increase.
