Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Good Governance Implementation on the Performance Accountability of Government Agencies in Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) in Rokan Hilir Regency. The type of research conducted is quantitative. Data collection was carried out by distributing 104 questionnaires, which were filled out and returned 104 to 26 OPD in Rokan Hilir Regency. The data obtained were then analyzed using data analysis techniques consisting of multiple linear regression analysis, descriptive statistical tests, determination coefficient tests, classical assumption tests and t-tests. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously.
