Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of internal control, leadership style, utilization of information technology on employee performance. The population in this study was 150 employees at the Riau High Court and the Pekanbaru IA District Court. This study uses a saturated sample technique, namely the entire population is sampled. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data collection techniques used are interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study indicate that internal control variables significantly affect employee performance. Leadership style variables significantly affect employee performance. Information technology utilization variables affect employee performance. Simultaneously, internal control variables, leadership style and utilization of information technology significantly affect employee performance.
