Abstract
Optimal production is the main goal in all business to maximize profit. Mai Satun's business is a micro, small, and medium entreprise (MSME) engaged in producing snacks and food products. The study aims to determine the optimum combination of products to be produced to maximize profit. The POM-QM for Windows software application was used to analyze the data through linear programming with simplex method. The results showed that the company should produce 450 packs of 120 gram chilly chip variant and 500 packs of a 300 gram chili chip variant. This study could provide insight for the company to tailor strategy to enhance their profits.
