Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how the Implementation of Improving the Community's Economy by the Pangkalan Makmur Village Government, Dayun District, Siak Regency. And to find out what factors are the problems in improving the economy of the Pangkalan Makmur Village community, Dayun District, Siak Regency. The problems in this thesis are the lack of enthusiasm, knowledge, and training in the community who are running the community's economic improvement program. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, which explores and analyzes to provide meaning and significance in solving problems. The writing consists of primary data in the form of interviews, documentation and observations and secondary data obtained from the results of interviews in the study. The theory used in this study to see the performance of improving the community's economy, Edward (Leo Agustino 2020; 154-158) the indicators used are Communication, Resources, Bureaucratic Structure, and Disposition. The conclusion on the implementation of improving the economy is to see how the economy is improved through programs formed by the village government in an effort to improve the community's economy.
