Abstract
This study aims to analyze the financial performance of Islamic Commercial Banks by applying the EAGLES model during the 2021–2023 period. The data used in this research was obtained from the annual reports of Islamic Commercial Banks, accessed through the official websites of each bank. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, as it allows for systematic, factual, and detailed descriptions of the characteristics and facts related to the studied population. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling, consisting of 11 Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The results show that, in the analysis of financial performance based on the EAGLES method, in the Earning Ability aspect measured by ROA and ROE, BTPN Syariah Bank demonstrated excellent performance. In the Asset Quality aspect measured using NPF, NTB Syariah Bank recorded the lowest score. In the Growth Rate aspect measured using DGR and LGR, Bukopin Syariah Bank achieved the highest DGR, while BCA Syariah Bank obtained the highest LGR. In the Liquidity aspect measured using FDR, Bank Muamalat Indonesia recorded the lowest percentage. In the Equity aspect measured by CAR, Victoria Syariah Bank ranked first. Lastly, in the Strategic Management aspect measured using SRQ by personnel, Bukopin Syariah Bank had the lowest percentage
