Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, financing decisions, and investment decisions on the value of Pharmaceutical Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2023 period simultaneously and partially. Profitability is measured using Return on Equity (ROE), financing decisions using the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and investment decisions using the Price Earning Ratio (PER), while company value is proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV). The population in this study were Pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2023 period, namely 14 companies and 8 companies selected to meet the criteria as research samples. The research method used is quantitative with a panel data regression approach using E-views 12. The data used is secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX during the study period. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, profitability, financing decisions, and investment decisions have a significant effect on company value. While partially profitability does not affect company value, Financial Decisions and Investment Decisions show an effect on company value.
