Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze partially and simultaneously the variables of organizational culture and work environment on the morale of health workers at Perawang Hospital. The population in this study were all health workers who worked at Perawang Hospital. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely the determination of the sample based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher, amounting to 77 people. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire (questionnaire), interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis, data quality test and data hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and work environment partially and simultaneously affect the morale of health workers at Perawang Hospital.
