Abstract

This study aims to describe the empowerment process and supporting factors and inhibiting factors in community economic empowerment through BUMDES in Kepala Pulau Village. Qualitative research method is a study that intends to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the research subjects such as behavior, perception, motivation and by means of description in the form of words and language. The results of this study are the Process of Community Economic Empowerment through Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMdes) in Kepala Pulau Village in the Capital Assistance Indicator plays a role, because many people submit loan proposals for business capital through savings and loans and also red ginger farmers along with pick-up cars that can be utilized by the community in Kepala Pulau Village, Community Economic Empowerment Process through Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMdes) in Kepala Pulau Village and Inhibiting Factors Lack of facilities and knowledge about red ginger cultivation which causes people not to understand how to cultivate red ginger.
