Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of WorkLife Balance and Job Satisfaction on Employee Retention at PT. Surya Agrolika Mutual. The population in this study was 100 respondents, saturated sampling was used using the census method where the total population was 100 respondents, so the total number of samples was taken. This research data was obtained from questionnaires (primary), literature study, and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The data analysis techniques used in this research are the Path Analysis Test, Partial Least Square, Outer Model, Inner Model, and Hypothesis. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with data processing using SEM PLS 4.0. The results of this research indicate that WorkLife Balance has a positive and insignificant effect on the construct of Employee Retention at PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa, then Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Retention at PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa. Furthermore, Work-Life Balance and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Employee Retention at PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa.
