Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction and empowering leadership on employee performance at PT Hapel Jaya Lestari Pekanbaru. The population in this study was all 98 employees who worked for the company. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling, a sampling technique carried out with certain considerations and criteria, totaling 94 people. Data collection techniques in this research used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research uses Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) on SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this research show that job satisfaction and empowering leadership partially and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Hapel Jaya Lestari Pekanbaru.
