Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance and job satisfaction on employee productivity in the production department of PT. Edco Persada Energi, Batang Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The total population of 60 employees was used as the sample through a census method. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation, and analyzed with SmartPLS. The results show that job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on productivity, while work-life balance has a moderately significant effect. Collectively, both variables have a moderately significant influence on employee productivity.
