Abstract

The Influence of Product Completeness on Purchasing Decisions at the Grand Central Building Store in Pekanbaru Rahmatul Akmal ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of product completeness on purchases at grand central building stores in Pekanbaru. The type of research uses a quantitative method and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample in the study was 100 respondents. Data collection uses questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient test, t-test. The results of the validation and reliability test show that all statements are valid and reliable. Furthermore, the results of the determination coefficient have a good influence with the decision to purchase building material products in the grand center of the Pekanbaru building. The results of this study show that product completeness has a significant and positive effect on the purchase decision in the grand central building of Pekanbaru. However, you must always pay attention to the completeness of the products at the grand central building store in Pekanbaru so that you can further develop your business and meet consumer satisfaction in the decision to buy products according to your wishes.
