Abstract
THE INFLUENCE OF STORE ATMOSPHERE ON CONSUMER SATISFACTION AT ELV8 COFFE & SUCS IN PEKANBARU CITY ABSTRACT Vicki Aditya Permana Store atmosphere is environmental design through visual communication, lighting, color, music and fragrance to design emotional responses and customer perceptions and to influence customers in purchasing a product. Through an engaging store atmosphere we are committed to delivering strategies and processes that create new value for people, build preference for their organization and improve the results of the business over the lifetime of their customer relationship. One product that has a store atmosphere is Elv8 Coffee & Sucs Pekanbaru. This research aims to determine and analyze the store atmosphere on consumer satisfaction at Elv8 Coffee & Sucs in Pekanbaru City. Indicators of exterior, interior, store layout and interior display. This research is located at Elv8 Coffee & Sucs in Pekanbaru City using a descriptive research type that prioritizes questionnaires as a data collection tool and the empirical conditions of the research location. The method used is quantitative. The population in this research are Elv8 Coffee & Sucs consumers in Pekanbaru City. The sample of this research was 100 people. The sampling technique used was incidental sampling. The type and technique of data collection used consists of primary data collected by observation, questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results, the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher assessed and concluded that the store atmosphere has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Elv8 Coffee & Sucs in Pekanbaru City
