Abstract
This research aims to find out and analyze whether flexible working arrangements and work life balance have a positive and significant effect on employees at PT Radian Utama Interinsco Duri. The population in this research is all employees who work at PT Radian Utama Interinsco Duri. The sampling technique in this research is to use a saturated sample, namely the entire population used as researchers for the research sample, totaling 101 people. Data collection techniques in this research used interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive analysis and Smartpls 4 testing. The results of this research show that flexible working arrangements and work life balance have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Radian Utama Interinsco Duri.
