Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Good Corporate Governance and Profitability on Company Value. The research object is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2019-2023 period. There were 31 companies in the research sample which were selected based on the purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed using panel data regression and processed using Eviews 10. The results of this research showed that partially Good Corporate Governance and Profitability had a positive and negative effect on Company Value, while simultaneously Good Corporate Governance and Profitability had a significant effect on Company Value.
