Abstract
Research entitled The Effect of Bokashi Manure and POC of Cow Urine on the growth and yield of shallot plants (Allium ascalonicum L.) on PMK land. was carried out at the Agricultural Faculty Experimental Garden Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru City, from March to May 2023. Objective research to determine the effect of the interaction of Bokashi Cow Manure and POC Cow Urine on Growth and Yield of Shallot Plants (Allium ascalonicum L.) on PMK soil. This research used a Randomized Design Complete (RAL) Factorial consists of 2 factors, namely the first factor is Bokashi Cow dung consists of 4 levels, namely 0, 1.5, 3 and 4.5 kg per plot. Second factor is Cow Urine POC consisting of 4 levels, namely 0, 200, 400 and 600 ml per liter of water. Each treatment consisted of 3 replications so that 48 experimental units were obtained. The parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, age at harvest, quantity tubers per cluster, wet tuber weight per cluster, dry tuber weight per cluster, tuber dry weight per tuber and tuber weight loss. Observational data is analyzed statistically and carried out with the Advanced Honestly Significant Difference Test (BNJ) on level 5%. The research results show that the interaction effect of Bokashi cow dung and cow urine POC were significant for all observation parameters. The best treatment is a combination of 4.5 kg cow dung bokashi treatment/plot and cow urine POC 600 ml/l water. The main effect of cow dung bokashi is real for all observation parameters, the best treatment was 4.5 kg/plot. The main effect of real cow urine POC on all observation parameters, The best treatment is a concentration of 600 ml/l water.
