Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of knowledge sharing and cyberloafing behavior. Sampling used the Census method, so the sample in this study was 70 respondents. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression testing using the SmartPLS-4 software. The results of this research show that knowledge sharing and cyberloafing behavior simultaneously influence employee performance at the Riau Province Education Office.
