Abstract
This research was conducted to examine the influence of Work Life Balance on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Gita Riau Makmur. The background to this research is increasing awareness of the importance of balance between work and personal life in supporting employee productivity. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 employees from various divisions in the company. To analyze the data, the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method was used to test the proposed hypothesis. The research results show that Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings show that the better the balance between work and personal life that employees feel, the higher their level of job satisfaction. This job satisfaction then makes a positive contribution to increasing employee performance at PT Gita Riau Makmur
