Abstract
THE EFFECT OF REWARD AND PUNISHMENT ON EMPLOYEE WORK MOTIVATION AT PT. PERKEBUNAN NUSANTARA V PEKANBARU This study aims to determine the effect of reward and punishment on employee work motivation at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru. The population in this study was 338 employees with a sample in this study of 58 respondents using the purposive sampling method. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while the data collection technique uses interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression testing with the help of SPSS 26 Software. The results of this study indicate that reward and punishment have a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation.
