Abstract
THE ROLE OF STAKEHOLDERS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF OUR WEEK APPLICATION (PEKA) IN THE COMMUNICATION INFORMATICS STATISTICS AND CODING OFFICE OF PEKANBARU CITY BY SYAFITRA ALFARISI ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine how the Role of Stakeholders in the implementation of the Pekan Kita (PEKA) application at the Communication Informatics Statistics and Stakeholders Office of Pekanbaru City. Based on the Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 32 of 2023 concerning Management of Public Complaints Through the Pekanbaru City Pekan Kita (PEKA) Application, it is explained that in order to improve public services in responding to public complaints, an integrated electronic system needs to be made, so a Pekan Kita (PEKA) application management team was formed. The theory used to support the analysis of the Role of Stakeholders in the implementation of this PEKA application is the Stakeholder Role Model according to Nugroho. The research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Selection of informants using Purposive Press, with 5 Key Informants and Informants. The techniques used in data collection are: interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the Role of Stakeholders in this PEKA application, that the Communication Informatics Statistics and Standardization Office of Pekanbaru City as the Key Stakeholder in the PEKA application, currently can only accommodate 3 primary stakeholders, namely the Transportation Office, the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DP3APM) and the Environment and Hygiene Office (DLHK) of Pekanbaru City, which should be intended or used by all regional apparatus/OPD as a complaint service application in Pekanbaru.
