Abstract
The implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) protection based on Law Number 1 of 1970 concerning Occupational Safety at the Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU) PT. Ranti Mulya Mandiri, Kelayang District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, still lacks attention and concern in maintaining occupational safety and health. Workers carry out their duties without using personal protective equipment. Based on the background described above, the research problem formulated is how the implementation of occupational safety and health protection is based on Law Number 1 of 1970 concerning Occupational Safety at the Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU) PT. Ranti Mulya Mandiri, Kelayang District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, and how the legal protection regulations apply to the implementation of occupational safety and health based on Law Number 1 of 1970 at the same location. This research uses a descriptive-analytical method, which provides a detailed description of the phenomena and facts related to the implementation of occupational safety and health protection at the Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU) PT. Ranti Mulya Mandiri, Kelayang District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The research method used is a survey, where the researcher directly observes the object of study by collecting data through interviews and questionnaires. The research findings indicate that the implementation of occupational safety and health protection at the Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU) PT. Ranti Mulya Mandiri, Kelayang District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, is not yet in full compliance with Law Number 1 of 1970 concerning Occupational Safety. Additionally, the SPBU has not fully implemented other regulatory provisions regarding Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), and its Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) do not yet align with OSH standards.
