Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF WORK MOTIVATION AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY AT PT. TUNGGAL PARTNER PLANTATION PKS MANGGALA ROKAN HILIR DISTRICT TEGUH RIANDA 165210890 This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee productivity at PT. Tunggal Mitra Plantation PKS Manggala, Rokan Hilir Regency. The research used in this research is quantitative research, the required sample size is 60 respondents. Because the sample size is not too large, 60 respondents can be used as the sample size. The sampling technique in this study used a census technique. Sources of data used in this study using primary data sources and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study used the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, T Test and F Test, and the Coefficient of Determination. Partially it is known that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT Tunggal Mitra Plantation PKS Manggala, Rokan Hilir district. Partially it is known that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT Tunggal Mitra Plantation PKS Manggala, Rokan Hilir district. Simultaneously it is known that work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee work productivity at PT Tunggal Mitra Plantation PKS Manggala, Rokan Hilir district.
