Abstract

One of the important aspects in an organization in government is the existence of a good capacity so that in carrying out the tasks given, it will get maximum results and the goals of the Organization can be achieved. Capacity as the ability of an individual, organization or system to perform functions as it should effectively, efficiently and continuously. Based on Regulation NUMBER: PER01/AAIPI/DPN/2021 concerning the Government of Indonesia's Internal Audit Standards in article (1) concerning the Government of Indonesia's Internal Audit Standards, hereinafter referred to as Standards, are Standards as referred to in the Government Internal Supervision Professional Practice Framework (KP3IP), where the Regional Inspectorate of Rokan Hulu Regency is authorized to supervise the Regency Government, Supervision of the implementation of District Government, Supervision of the administration of Village Government. So researchers are interested in researching and to find out the obstacles in implementing follow-up to the results of the examination at the Regional Inspectorate of Rokan Hulu Regency. This research uses observation, interviews, and documentation using qualitative methods, considering that the number of informants is not too large, researchers try to find informant sources from key informants. Based on the informants described in the study, researchers obtained data from formulating interviews with an open nature and in-depth interviews to obtain more accurate information. To analyze the data, in this case the collected data is grouped according to the type of data each then presented in the form of interview and observation narratives, then the data is analyzed qualitatively in the form of descriptive in the form of depiction of depictions that occur during the follow-up implementation process at the Regional Inspectorate of Rok Regency From the discussion that has been carried out, the author can conclude from ten indicators, namely Ability, Skills, Understanding, Attitudes, Values, Relationships, Behavior, Motivation, Resources, Conditions where four indicators, namely Ability, Skills, Understanding, Attitudes are more prominent in the Regional Inspectorate of Rokan Hulu Regency in increasing their capacity to minimize delays in follow-up of examination results but in its implementation there are still obstacles and obstacles – obstacles in the implementation of follow-up examination results.
