Abstract
The cat feeding monitoring and controlling tool with the Hc-SR04 sensor and IoT- based ESP32-Cam camera is an alternative tool that can help keepers in feeding cats remotely by controlling it using the Telegram application. This tool is designedto make it easier for keepers to monitor whether the cat's food has run out or been filled. By utilizing microcontroller technology and smart sensors. The method used is a prototyping method with flow stages, a method for monitoring and controlling cat feeding with an Hc-SR04 sensor and an IoT-based ESP32- cam camera. The Hc-SR04 sensor is used as a distance measurer. When the distance value is below 4 cm, the food is finished and when the distance value is above 4 cm, the food is filled. The ESP32-Cam microcontroller functions to monitor cat feeding and monitor cat food. Thus, this cat food monitoring and control tool can be a means for keepers who frequently travel so they can still control their cat's food effectively and efficiently from a distance
