Abstract

The development of technology has progressed rapidly in today's era. Especially the development of e-commerce systems, e-commerce websites that aim to increase customer trust and operational efficiency in the laundry business. This study identifies the main challenges faced by laundry services, especially the lack of customer trust due to uncertainty about service quality and price. By focusing on the specific needs and characteristics of the laundry industry, this project uses a systematic approach to design an interface that facilitates seamless customer interaction and improves service delivery. Through interface testing, customer feedback was collected, revealing significant agreement (78.4%) on the effectiveness of the website in simplifying interactions related to ordering and communication. The findings suggest that a well-designed e-commerce platform can not only address customer concerns but also improve the overall operational efficiency of laundry services, ultimately leading to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
