Abstract
THE INFLUENCE OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ON THE PROACTIVE BEHAVIOR OF JOINT BUSINESS GROUP ASSOCIATION IN DINAS SOSIAL KABUPATEN BENGKALIS By: MAIYUSRA. SN ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource management systems on proactive behavior. The method used in this research is quantitative. The research method is based on the philosophy of positivism, and is used to research certain populations and samples, data collection using research instruments, quantitative data analysis. Data analysis techniques and hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 5.0 for Windows. The population in this study were the KUBE assistants and groups at Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Bengkalis. The research sample consisted of 40 KUBE assistants and 187 KUBE groups, with a total sample of 227 people. From the results of testing the hypothesis it can be concluded that the application of a human resource management system has a positive effect on proactive behavior. Thus the human resource management system is proven to be effective in influencing the improvement of proactive behavior.
