Abstract

The purose of this study was to analyze the feasibility aspects of Roti Burger Liza in Duri. In this study using data collection techniquesin the form of interviews. The analysis used is the maketing aspect, the production aspect and the financial aspect with the feasibility calculation in the from of Payback Period (PP), Profit Sharing, Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Gold Value Method (GVM), Gold Index Method (GIM), Investible Surplus Method (ISM). From the financial aspect according to the eight analyzes used and from the marketing and production aspects, it is stated that the business is feasible to be developed
