Abstract

Research on growth response and production of several varieties long beans (Vigna sinesis L.) against pearl NPK dosage 16:16:16. Study This has been carried out at the Islamic University Faculty of Agriculture Experimental Garden Riau, Pekanbaru, will be implemented for 3 months, starting February-April 2023. This research aims to determine the interaction of growth response and long bean production of several varieties and dosage of pearl NPK fertilizer 16:16:16. The experimental design used in this research is Completely Randomized Factorial Design consists of two factors. The first factor is varieties consisting of 4 levels of treatment, namely Cantonese, Parade, Sabrin varieties and Platoon. The second factor is the dosage of pearl NPK fertilizer which consists of 4 levels namely 0, 36, 72 and 108 g per plot. Each treatment consists of 3 replications so The experiment consisted of 48 experimental units. The parameter observed is diameter stem, flowering time, harvest time, number of pods per plant, pod length longest, pod weight per plant and number of remaining fruit. Observation data analyzed statistically and carried out with the Advanced Honestly Significant Difference Test (BNJ) at the 5% level. The research results show that the interaction response is various long bean varieties and real NPK 16:16:16 against, stem diameter, number pods per plot, longest pod length, pod weight per plant and quantity fruit. The best treatment of Cantonese vairetas and NPK fertilizer 16:16:16 108 g/plot. The main responses of various long bean varieties were evident for all parameters observation. The best treatment is the Cantonese variety. The main response to NPK fertilizer dosage 16:16:16 real for all observation parameters. The best treatment is dose 108 g/plot.
