Abstract

This type of research is quantitative descriptive with the population and the sample in this study is 20 players of the Extracurricular Men's Futsal Team Upt Smpn 1 Siak Hulu. Data collection was carried out by conducting a bleep test from the data analysis obtained from the results of VO2 Max. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the study entitled VO2 Max Level of Players of the Extracurricular Men's Futsal Team Upt Smpn 1 Siak Hulu with an average score of 23.74 which is located in the interval of 38.4-45.1 with a percentage of .100% with the Fair category.
