Abstract

This research is a descriptive quantitative study, with a population and sample consisting of 29 female athletes selected using purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted using the bleep test, and the data analysis resulted in VO2 Max scores. Based on the data analysis conducted, it can be concluded that this study, titled “The VO2 Max Level of Athletes at Hwarang Taekwondo Club Lubuk Dalam, Siak Regency”, found an average VO2 Max of 21.75, which falls within the interval of 31.0–34.9, with a percentage of 100% in the "Fair" category.
