Abstract
Information technology is dynamically developing rapidly along with the needs of people who need convenience, speed, and accuracy in collecting information and providing educational learning for early childhood children. Where the system must be efficient and have functionalities that lead to changes in the learning system for the better. There is also in terms of delivering material and teaching manually to automatically. One of the subjects in the Natural Sciences (IPA) curriculum at the elementary school level is the classification of animal habitat recognition. Game application as a learning media is one way to improve students' ability to learn the classification of animal habitat recognition. This application is made with Unity 3D software using the GDLC (Game Develoment life cycle) method. The results are in accordance, based on UI testing with the blackbox testing method, and according to the Likert scale calculation the index value obtained is 77.6%. So it can be concluded that the Game Application as a learning media for Animal Habitat Recognition runs well as a learning media for children at an early age and at the elementary level.
