Abstract

Survey of the Physical Condition of Pencak Silat Perguruan Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate Kecamatan Seberida Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. The aim of this research was to determine a survey of the physical condition of Pencak Silat Perguruan Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate Kecamatan Seberida Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. This type of research is descriptive. The population and sample in this research were Pencak Silat Athletes from Pencak Silat Perguruan Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate Kecamatan Seberida Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu, totaling 12 people. The research instruments used were physical condition tests for silat fighters, namely the sit up test, push up test, vertical jump test, medicine ball throw test, flexometer test and 15 minute running test. The data analysis technique used is to calculate the category of physical condition values possessed by the fighter. Based on the results of the calculation of the average physical condition scores that have been carried out on athletes, it is known that the results of the Physical Condition Survey for Pencak Silat Perguruan Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate Kecamatan Seberida Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu show that the physical condition score achieved by athletes is 4.1, which is classified in the category Enough.
